>>im gonna use this picture and this texture.
>>open up your texture on photoshop. edit>define pattern
>>open up your picture on photoshop.
>>make a new layer, fill it with scrathy texture [paintbucket, click drop down list on tool bar and select pattern]
>>set it to soft light
>>and your done :)
>>finished look
>>quick and easy and you can change the percentage of the scratchy layer to what best suits the picture
