>>open up your picture and make a new layer on top of it(layer>new>layer)
>>use a light tan brown (#c7b299) in a big 700+ color orb on the layer. set the layer to lighten. make a new layer.

>>make a new layer with a scrathy texture; set it to soft light

>>now duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top, set it to linear light
